The challenge
A niche fighting-game hardware brand needed to feel established from day one: distinct identity, real stock, local delivery, and a storefront that could scale across NZ and AU.
The approach
Created the arcade-flavoured brand system and built an Astro/React storefront on the Shopify Storefront API — catalogue, cart, checkout, currency markets, and merchant feeds.
